Handling difficult situations

This is an opportunity for participants in leadership positions, junior managers, people with direct client contacts and project leaders. Participants:

•   receive specific assistance for preventing conflicts;
•   reflect on their role als leaders;
•   develop new options for handling current conflicts;
•   observe their behaviour in difficult situations.

•  Exercises reflecting the role and responsibilities of an executive manager,
•  Methods preventing conflicts,
•  Conflict and escalation models,
•  Solution-oriented communication,
•  Clear terms of facilitation and mediation,
•  Handling complex issues in reaching targets,
•  Using emotions by enlarging emotional intelligence,
•  Going from positions to motives,
•  Role playing and "fishbowl" based on participants' cases.

Duration: 2, 2½ or 3 days

Location: In selected own rooms or in a hotel of choice

Group Size: 10-15 participants
