Facilitating Video and Telephone Conferences
This seminar is for executive managers and staff members who work in virtual or international teams and who need to organise or coordinate collaboration. Participants learn to use the five modules of success:
• Designing content and techniques for preparation,
• Structuring facilitation for video or telephone conferences,
• Effective use of the language,
• Handling technology,
• Managing difficult participants during the conference.

• Analysis of critical factors,
• Design and development of an agenda,
• Invitations and assessment of both interests and responsibilities,
• Handling preliminary information and prior agreements,
• Induction of new topics and arguing benefits,
• Recognising and using effective body language,
• Planning action - checking implementation,
• Long-distance conflict management,
• Managing human and technical interferences,
• Case studies and coaching with telephone or video equipment.
Duration: 2, 2½ or 3 days
Location: In selected own rooms or in a hotel of choice
